What is the return policy?
All sales to the general public are final unless boutiquekinatex.com is unable to deliver the product within a respectable time frame (in which case you can reach us by email at boutique@kinatex.com). No refunds will be issued for any reason other than that which falls under the Quebec legal warranty (https://www.educaloi.qc.ca/capsules/la-garantie-legale) or specific product limited waranty. Please refer to the official procedure for exchanges of defective merchandise.
What are the shipping options?
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Products typically ship within 1-2 business days of placing your order, and will be delivered to you within an additional 1-10 business days, depending on your geographic location. Our courrier is Purolator. Other than the order confirmation and tracking number, boutiquekinatex.com is unable to provide any additional updates regarding delivery times unless there is an unusual delay. Business days are Monday to Friday only, excluding holidays. If an order is not received within 10 business days of being placed, or if the wrong product has been shipped, notify boutiquekinatex.com by sending an email containing your web order number, to boutique@kinatex.com.
Are the products under warranty?
Other than that which falls under the Quebec legal waranty, only the Impulse Tens unit benefits from a limited manufacturer's waranty (1 year for the device. 30 days for wires and electrodes, see unit's attached waranty for more details)
What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
We do not ship internationally at the current moment
When will I receive my order?

What do I do if I never received my order?
If an order is not received within 10 business days of being placed, or if the wrong product has been shipped, notify us by sending an email containing your web order number, to boutique@kinatex.com, and we will properly follow up with our shipping department.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
If the product is defective, email boutique@kinatex.com with the details of the defect and order number. You will be contacted by a customer service representative to coordinate the delivery of a replacement. Attaching an image of the defective product will also be very useful in resolving the issue. If the product has a limited manufactuer's warranty (ie. Impulse Tens machine), include the model number in your email.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you have placed your order and realized you have made an error and need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of the order placement by emailing boutique@kinatex.com. We will do our utmost best to change the order, unless the initial order was already shipped.

boutiquekinatex.com is located in the downtown Montreal area. Items are shipping from Laval, Québec.

Can I breakdown the kit if I only need a few items?
Our kits were curated by the expert healthcare professionals at Kinatex. They carefully selected items in order to maximize the benefits from using all the selected items together. IF you interested in purchasing select products within a specific kit, we suggest you visit your local Kinatex Sports Physio Clinic where they will be happy to guide you .
Can I only buy 1 item?

Will the shipment come all in 1 box?
Yes, all the items in the kit will be sent in one shipment, through a courier (Purolator). They will require a signature upon delivery as to assure a secure process and to confirm the delivery.

Our healthcare professionals at Kinatex carefully selected the items in each kit from their expertise in the field of rehabilitation and recovery.
Can I return the kit if I am not satisfied?

What should I do if I need additional treatment advice?
Kinatex Sports Physio is the largest rehabilitation banner in Quebec, with more than 50 clinics.
We strongly recommend that you consult a physiotherapist or a physical rehabilitation therapist in order to assess your physical condition and set up a personalized rehabilitation plan.
The purchase of a kit offered and sold by boutiquekinatex.com should always be used as part of your treatment program established by your therapist.
No product or usage advice will be provided to the general public by boutiquekinatex.com.
